• Represent clients with business start ups with all state filings and corporate documents. 

• Represent clients with general business legal matters – such as drafting of contracts, negotiating commercial leases, and other business transactions. 

• Represent clients with withdrawal/addition of a partner in the business or buying/selling of an existing business. 

• Represent clients with commercial litigation matters, both on the plaintiff’s side and on the defense side. 

• Represent clients in employment law matters – such as EEOC claims and drafting of employee manuals. 

• Represent clients in personal injury matters – such as car accidents. 

• Represent clients in commercial and residential construction disputes.

• Represent clients in immigration matters such as - I-9 Training, I-9 Internal Audits, Adjustment of Status through Marriage, Naturalization, TN Visas, and O-1 Visas for extraordinary abilities.
